About The Job

  • Liaise closely with the Sales and Marketing team in all sales and marketing activities in a range of local real estate projects and Didian company branding and marketing activities.
  • Assist in the planning, developing & executing of integrated and comprehensive marketing strategy and plans for branding, sales and marketing activities from online marketing to the conventional media marketing.
  •  Assist manager in design development of all creative concepts including websites, EDMs, digital ads, flyers, banners, etc.
  •  Liaise and work with IT development team in carrying out business requirements and tasks.
  • Gather data on the market & competitors and analyze their prices, sales and products.
  •  Coordinating with team members and ensuring all pre & post sales and marketing activities are ready for the Company and the team including attending & handling of enquiries and services.
  •  Conducting other support and administrative activities as needed by the Marketing Division 

Job Requirements

  • Possesses a minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications/Business.
  • Fresh grad and candidates with experience in the property industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Other disciplines with experience in relevant working environment and marketing with a minimum of 1 year are encouraged to apply.
  •  Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin language is an added advantage.
  •  Preferable with creative & design concept in visual intelligence (able to use Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop are an added advantage) and knowledge of online marketing and understanding of current trend in major marketing channels.
  • To excel in this position, candidates must be proactive, open to learning, able to multi-task, innovative driven and able to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Candidate must be able to work effectively and independently within a dynamic and fast-paced company organization.
  •  Good communication skills and the ability to articulate the brand strategies with confidence.
  •  Strategic minded and possesses the ability to communicate the brand vision clearly.
  • Analytical, and is able to provide recommendations or solutions to tackle challenges or threats to the business.
  • Good networking skills and engages well with key stakeholders to build a strong brand plan.
  •  Good execution skills to see through projects initiated to its completion, and monitors its progress thoroughly to sharpen and strengthen its deliverables.
  • Possess strong networking skills, able to work with clients, multilevel personnel and a good team player
  •  Must have knowledge in using Microsoft Office programs (ie: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.)
  • Must able to travel independently, and able to work occasionally when required on weekends.
