Didian is looking for a Head of Customer Relationship to join our leadership team. The Head of Customer Relationship will be a great opportunity to develop, lead, counsel, motivate and manage a team of Customer Relationship Representatives (CRRs) to achieve the KPIs and goals by delivering superior service to potential home buyers. The Head of Customer Relationship will be an expert of the Didian platform, ensure clear adherence of the KPIs and SOPs set.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build from scratch a new Customer Relationship Representative team (including hiring of staff, planning SOPs and setting KPIs)
  • To educate, develop, lead, counsel, motivate and manage a team of Customer Relationship Representatives to perform in accordance to the company’s vision, mission and direction
  • Ensure overall operations are in compliance with company policy

Job Requirements

Skill requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing contact centres
  • Strong ability to communicate and engage with team members and colleagues
  • Strong presentation skills especially in group presentation.
  • Ability to converse in the major languages – English, BM and Mandarin, and having familiarity with the main dialects will be an advantage.
  • High sense of urgency to follow up and monitor progress to achieve KPIs
  • Flexible scheduling is needed as there are occasions where late evenings or weekend hours are required
  • Strong analytical skills
