Job Description

• Interact and consult your customers to identify and understanding their requirement.
• Constant communicate and build long term relationship with customers.
• Place outbound calls to identify potential or existing customer’s interest in new project and conduct inquiries about customer preferences as to pricing and type of existing and new products.
• Work quickly to address and resolve customer queries.
• Update and maintain regularly on customer data platform (CDP), frequently follow up with customers on their requirements and document down outcomes and steps taken.
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Job Requirements

• A minimum Diploma in Administrator or any field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
• Fluent conversation and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
