About The Job

Main Job Scope
The ARE key role and responsibility is to provide support to agents in the marketplace through product knowledge briefings and to secure new agent downloads. This support will be conducted through an organized process of relaying detailed knowledge of the product (project), administrative and backend support, accompanying the agent to engage the potential buyer to respond to queries. The ARE, being the brand ambassador is also responsible to ensure that the agent who are collaborating with Didian conducts himself/herself with the highest integrity to uphold both the company and the developer’s reputation.

Job Function
  1. Provide strong support to the agent by guiding them through the process of understanding and educating of the project. 
  2. Equip the agent with all the relevant information from product (project) knowledge, backend and administrative support to help the agent facilitate the booking of the unit.
  3. Periodically conduct training or refreshers regarding the product (project), the negotiation process and the company’s value system to the agents.
  4. To explore opportunities to increase reach to prospects by capitalizing on the leads generated from both the company source and the AREs’ initiative. 
  5. To actively conduct face to face engagement with the agent, by capitalizing on the leads generated.
  6. To uphold the company’s reputation as a brand ambassador and to ensure that any agents who solicits the guidance of the ARE conducts himself/herself with high integrity and are aligned with the company’s value system.
  7. Participate in relevant events and fairs to promote the company’s services and enhance Didian’s branding.

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements
  1. The candidate must be below 30 years old as the responsibility requires an individual to be a strong performer and motivated to deliver high standards of work.
  2. Must possess a diploma in any discipline.
  3. Minimal one-year sales experience especially in face to face customer engagement.
  4. Ability to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, however, being able to converse in Mandarin and Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
  5. Must own a car.

Relevant Skills
  1. Good communication skills and the ability to converse well.
  2. Ability to plan, organize and the discipline to follow up on the progress.
  3. Good analytical skills in data and outcome, and having the ability to interpret the findings clearly and confidently.
  4. Familiar in Apps navigation and to guide users clearly.
  5. Well verse in basic computers skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Words.
