• Understanding context and drawing key learning points from research to create meaningful insights for the team to build upon 
• Bringing fresh perspectives and a compelling point of view to thought pieces, strategy presentations and ideation sessions 
• Partnering strategists and designers to help our clients solve complex business, organisational and design challenges 
• Supporting client engagements by heroically juggling multiple project priorities and timelines 
• Planning, organising and co-facilitating client workshops and large-scale meetings 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years in brand related, digital or management consultant agencies will be a bonus 
2. Smart and imaginative who are passionate about future-proofing brands and businesses, Proven critical thinking with proven critical thinking, content synthesis and research skills 
3. Exceptional communication, writing, analysis and organisational skills 
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
5. Can-do attitude, pitching in whenever necessary 
6. Able to play nicely with others and work in multidisciplinary teams 
7. Advanced knowledge of branding trends and the latest in digital media and social sharing channels
