Job Description

• Responsible for new merchant and customer development and maintaining existing merchants and customers.
• Maintain relationship with both existing and potential merchants and customers
• Plan, organize and manage sales activities efficiently and timely report submission for good business growth.
• Develop sales opportunities and new businesses to achieve assigned sales target.
• Perform market research analysis and client prospecting. 
• Perform cold calls and emails and keep track on the leads. 
• Attend sales meetings and follow up with the client. 
• Execute marketing activities in promotion/trade promotions
• Answer any technical and non-technical questions the client might have. 
• Present your findings to your manager and give feedback to the technical team to act upon. 
• Prepare regular reports on market competition/customer/sales movement or others sales forecast.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Represent the company in a highly professional manner consistent with the company’s image.
• Other related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.  
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Sales
3. Able to participate in an open, creative and innovative company culture
4. Have the drive to strive for excellence
5. Enjoy sales/customer account management
6. Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiation skills
7. Someone who exhibits teamwork, diligence and reliable in nature
8. Native in written and spoken English. (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an extra point)
