Job Description

• Responsible to perform outbound calls to new and existing  customers by cross-selling various financial products.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure meet customers' financial needs and being and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Following up on the customers' requests and convince the customers to take up the products based on their needs while maintaining the customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Working Hours : 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
• 18 years old & above
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Monthly Income from RM3k - RM10k
• Basic and numerical reasoning when handling customer enquiries
• Preferable Chinese speaking candidates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia to effectively service customers
• Cozy working environment
• No prior experience necessary
