Dentsu is looking for a Digital Art Director (DAD) to assist shape & continuously add value to the digital creative department.
The DAD is responsible for driving creative client solutions, spearheading always-on and campaign initiatives across multiple brand initiatives. The DAD is also a key member in providing a fresh twist on content direction both in-house and external ideation. Working closely with both Social, Comms & KOL outreach unit to produce best in class campaigns.
They’re passionate about the digital space, creative work, and developing amazing user branded experiences that also resonate with Lemonade’s culture and work ethic. Has an understanding of Digital Marketing, and Social Platform objectives.

You will perform on client side, from a visual creation perspective.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, and social platforms.
- Must have experience in working closely with a team and cross department collaborations.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of specific projects and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work closely with Comms, Social, Strategy teams.
- A self starter attitude toward problem and recovery solution. Glass half full.
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals.
- A creative at heart. Assisting in building and further elevating our partners brands by shared content direction as we typically do as a team
- Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
- Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
- Inspiring and motivating the agency’s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
- Reviewing the work of designers and providing direction and feedback
- Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches
- Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns via creative formats.
- Understands the uses and format of content utilised in each platform and how they may vary.
- Ability to identify needs that the client may not recognize and ensure that approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs with the team.
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis/ as needed; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
- A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation
- Broad understanding of marketing design and layout will also be expected
- Ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts
- Confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally
- Flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of clients
- A passion for digital advertising and commercial art
