Job Description

As an invoicing clerk, you tasked to manage daily ad-hoc tasks such as filing and organizing the office surroundings to ensure everything is in place. Keeping things in tact and maintaining a well-balanced office would make you THE person that contributes to the company too.

  • Perform daily invoicing functions by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using billing software.
  • Handle the processing of orders with accuracy & timeliness. 
  • Liaise with customers, sales & warehouse on delivery and billing issues.
  • Invoice validation via B2B e-Supplier System.
  • Filing and data entry.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

  3. Have good managing skills and determine to get things done.
