Job Description
- Installation, configuration as well as to perform troubleshooting, maintenance and support for Software system and hardware.
- Responsible to undertake special duties which may assign by Manager
- Able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays if the job is required
- Maintains close customer relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommendations to them.
- Other task as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT,
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Fresh graduate are encourage to applied
- Possess own transport
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Passionate and dedicated in their work
- Excited and curious about learning new technology, as well as the sharing of ideas.
- Knowledge of Accounting / POS system is an added advantage
