Job Description

• Responsible for overall planning of on-going projects
• Good Team Player, always liaise with team , contractor, suppliers, and consultants. Updates  & control of on on-going projects.
• Work on costing to on going projects and making sure costing is strictly adhere according to given cost.
• Analyze and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
• To protect the interest of the company at all times
• Able to be familiar with documentation such as Bill of Quantity, Costing, Variation Order, Progress Claim and etc.  ( Training will be provided)
• Record report daily on the progress of on going projects.
• Supervise site to ensure best quality of work performed.
• Responsible for planning, on going and completion of projects making sure all projects have meet the minimal cost and also the quality of work is ensured. 
• Provide client with timely connection of payments and follow up progress of payment claims and variation orders. 
• (Training will be provided) 
• Able to undertake other duties from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possessed at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma/Bachelor Degree in others or equivalent.
2. Required Language : English/BM/*Mandarin/*Cantonese    *Optional- If have- highly advantaged
3. Must have own transportation.
4. Required skills : Familar with technology, and familiar with reading layout plans
