About The Job

Ensuring each area of office management, human resource, accounting, and facility are properly managed.
  • General administrative and office managerial tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Filling, photocopying, scanning and organising of work documents.
  • Administer staff employment, payroll, claims, leave and other employee related issues.
  • Ensures work place and infrastructure are well maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field. 
  • Preferably worked in a creative agency environment and have admin background/experience.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and meet given deadlines.
  • Team player, self-motivated and goal driven attitude.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
  • Required language(s): English
