Job Description
- Retrieve and revert to customer queries and take ownership of issues and concerns of customers.
- Maintain the balance between a customer’s requirements and business objectives and at the same time to efficiently demonstrate sales and marketing techniques.
- Articulate and demonstrate information related to the products and/or any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
- Be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
- Deliver business strategies and improve customer services and guide them for execution of self-service options.
- Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate with Team Leaders and/or Managers.
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM(MUST have Credit in BM,ENG & Math)
- Min of 1 year sales experience (Any sales field)
- Must have sales experience
- Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6.30pm
- Saturday (Half day)
