Job Description

• Support Division head, Unit head and perform management duties when manager is absent or out of office.
• Provide documentation on system requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems that aligns to overall business strategies. 
• Implement system requirements by defining and analyzing problems, designing and testing standards and solutions. 
• Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. 
• Control solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers. 
• Ensure smooth system operation by providing training and support to the client personnel. 
• Provide reference by writing documentation. 
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers and variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. 
• Define application problem by consulting with clients, evaluating procedures and processes. 
• Keep up to date with technical and industry developments. 
• Possess high personal and professional integrity and a team player. 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in related field. 
• Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Technical Support or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

• At least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. 

• English
• Bahasa Malaysia

• Willing to travel when required.
• Flexible, responsive, able to work long and irregular hours if required.
