About The Job
- Develop sales opportunities and new businesses to achieve assigned sales target.
- Perform market research analysis and client prospecting.
- Perform cold calls and emails and keep track on the leads.
- Attend sales meetings and follow up with the client.
- Determine the client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
- Decide whether the solution needs adapting to meet the client's needs.
- Answer any technical and non-technical questions the client might have.
- Present your findings to your manager and give feedback to the technical team to act upon.
- Maintain relationship with both existing and potential customers.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Represent the company in a highly professional manner consistent with the company’s image.
- Other related tasks as needed.

- At least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 yrs. experience in key account / customer / account management or field sales management.
- Have a passion for continuously improving customer experience.
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment.
- Good personality and coordination skill.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
