Job Description
- Maintenance of laptops, printers and other office devices
- Maintenance of anti-virus and security practices
- Installation and configuration of software
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure such as firewall, servers and Wifi
- Able to communicate with users on support related issues
