- To perform general administrative duties including typing, filling and preparation of documents, updating computer records such as rentals, telephone bills, copier usage, water/electricity and other duties as assigned.
- Research price and purchase office furniture & supplies.
- Coordination and arrangement for repair & maintenance of office equipment such as printers, fax machine & photocopiers.
- Monitoring cleaners and services by vendors including pest control, fire extinguishers, photocopier, security etc.
- Monitoring incoming letters and documents & distribution to relevant persons.
- Set up and coordination of meetings & conferences including lunches & special event when required.
- To assist HR Department as and when assigned related duties.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
