• Capture the attention of the visitors to the website
• Convey the key messages of the company to the potential clients
• Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts including layout arrangement, size, typeface, and style to submit for approval
• Assist in web designs to enhance the user experience of the company’s website
• Develop web application, web pages, social media posts, e-books, brochure and other promotional materials 
• Hone your design skills in a wide range of materials  
• Actively communicate with the marketing team to ensure art directions

• Hone your skills in growing the brand outside the usual venues
• Hone your skills in user experience design through graphic design and visual arts

Job Requirements

• Able to think outside the box to acquire customers and build brand exposure
• Able to guide the team in crafting a strong compelling marketing message in design form that moves the needles
• You are good with people and understand how human behave and want
• You have one specific core channel that you are good at but you can grow to strategise multiple channels using sound principles
• You will be able to develop a structured process to help the team operating
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Familiarity with design software like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software
• A strong portfolio of business promotional materials, graphics, and social media designs
• Ability to understand requirements thoroughly, work methodically, and meet deadlines
• A degree in fine arts, design, or any relevant field is a plus
