Job Description

Working with marketing, customer research and COO to explore new food trends and restaurants and come up with new dish ideas
Launch 4+ new items per month
Bring product to conception in under 10 days
Developt SOPs including training kitchen crew and compiling ingredient lists for procurement
Continuous quality control of product including on-the-ground guidance for two weeks after launch
Work with quality assurance to ensure practices for the meals are being followed including regular lab testing

Job Requirements

Must be specialised in one of the following cuisines:
- Chinese
- Indian
- Korean
- Thai
- Japanese
- Italian
4+ years of experience
Good English communication skills
Menu design&planning experience
Being a quick thinker and adapting fast
