Job Description

• Be responsible for one of dahmakan’s most important customer acquisition channels
• Develop new creative partnership ideas with other top brands from many verticals. Companies that we have worked with before include Maybank, CIMB, Petronas, Maxis, AIA, Pepsi/Unilever, Lazada and many more
• Be the primary contact point and project manager for large scale partnerships
• Develop, implement and measure effectiveness of campaigns down to CAC, retention rates and CLTV. Continuously tweak and optimize existing campaigns
• Break down data to find out what really works and do 10x more of it

• Natural people person: you are an extrovert, immediately bond with others and are able to quickly build strong relationships
• Analytical & numbers driven: “If you can’t measure it (or find a proxy), it didn’t happen” is your motto. You always keep numbers in mind and evaluate campaigns using various metrics
• Born to win: You love winning and have a long track record of past successes
• [For Senior Executive] 1-2 years experience in partnerships
• Biased to action + master in prioritising: you always focus on tackling the biggest challenge first (both short & long term) without getting distracted with nice-to-haves
• Super structured and organised: you have your own system to never lose track of things and are able to effectively manage complex projects
