• Managing a team of 8
• Be responsible for the efficient sortationg and packing of meals to be delivered
• Managing warehouse and optimising the flow for sortation and packing
• Gather and analysing operational data to uncover new ways to deliver a better experience
• Managing thousands of real-time orders daily to ensure riders leave the central kitchen on-time and providing the best food delivery experience possible
• Working together with the product and tech team to make sure we deliver the best experience

Job Requirements

1. At least >3 years working experience in leading a team,
2. Experienced in high pressure environments in operations
3. Projects where you demonstrated critical thinking, data analysis, operational process improvement and project management
