Job Description

• Drive high impact Lean 6 sigma projects related to operational improvement and efficiency in Central Kitchen and Satellite Hubs
• Plan, drive and execute multiple cross-departmental projects across different functions from production, warehouse, procurement, QA/QC and R&D.
• Opportunity to work with Thai operations team to troubleshoot operations issue and also roll-out initial phase of Indonesia operations.
• Main owner for understanding root cause and CAPA for ad hoc operations problems
• Weekly data entry and analysis to observe trends and advise operation teams 

Job Requirements

• Ambitious and hungry: 
  • you are either a top student from a top university with high GPA and won awards/scholarships or 
  • you have early work experience in high pressure environments such as growth startups (preferably funded from well-known investors), investment banks, consultancy, venture capital, oil rigs... you get the idea! or
  • you have run your own startup or entrepreneurial projects or 
  • you are the captain of a winning sports team/ president of an organisation or similar evidence or ambition and success 
• Adaptable to fast pace and fast career growth opportunity
• Naturally curious and thirsty to learn 
• Resourceful in overcoming obstacles
• Good at stakeholder management
