And now it’s time to scale, that’s why we need your help!

Human Resource Intern

The SELECT Human Resource is responsible for screening, acquiring, training, selecting and onboarding of new employees of the SELECT Telemarketing team. We’re currently setting up our own internal call centre, for this and are in need of new, fun, bright students. It’s not just your task to recruit, train and onboard them, we’ll also ask you to help create a fun and positive working environment! You’re in total control of the entire HR department for currently around 30 call center agents and 1 supervisor.

Job Requirements

What are we looking for:

Communicative and energetic individuals (fluency in English language is a must)
Willingness to go the extra mile
Young and highly motivated
Fun and smart
Minimum 4 months available
Owns a laptop and smartphone
Able to start immediately
