About The Job

  • Work closely with the CEO and form part of the company’s management team
  • Effectively lead a team of direct reports to execute the employer’s brand vision and message, as well as advertising strategies 
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography and graphics developed by direct reports
  • Responsible for the production of visual/written content for effective marketing, including photoshoot and products styling
  • Play a critical role in the overall marketing strategies and targets achievement
  • Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or marketing campaign 

Job Requirements

  • Min. qualifications in Bachelor’s Degree in an art or design subject
  • Min. work experience of 7 years as a multimedia/graphic designer, editor, photographer or other art or design occupation in the FASHION INDUSTRY
  • Write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia well
  • Min. 3 years in a leadership position involving leading and coordinating a team of artists in project executions
  • Possess the creative experience (in previous employment) to help execute employer’s brand and advertising direction, and develop advertising campaigns 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and strict deadlines work environment
