• Conducted sales of cell phones and accessories to customers.
• Stock checking for outlet's inventory.
• Issue invoice/cash sales/receipt to customer and do payment.
• Advised customers about the new models of cell phones and assisted the customer in determining which cell phone is suitable to their needs.
• Performed demonstrations to first time users of the new cell phone lines of the company.
• Maintained records of monthly sales and ensured monthly targets are reached.
• Coordinated with cell phone companies with the release of their new products.
• Organized proper display of the cell phones in order to increase sales volume.
• Sold products and services to prospective customers and generated new revenue from existing customers.
• Upgraded existing subscriber base to digital video service and high speed internet services.
• Communicated knowledge of all products and services to customers.
• Provided high-level customer service and responded to service inquires.
• Promoted current marketing campaigns and promotions.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): basic IT knowledge, Communication skills
4. Preferably specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
5. Fresh graduates & interns are encourage to apply
6. Preferably 18~30 years old
7. Candidates fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin/English/BM preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Cantonese/Mandarin/English/BM speaking clients
