Job Description

• Coaching and facilitating teams in learning and applying Design Thinking process, tools and techniques. 
• Generating new programme development and content curation ideas to better address and engage existing and potential client base. 
• Developing learning solutions including instructional materials, templates, and reference notes. 
• Working with others to gather, analyse, and organise content that will be designed and developed into learning content.
• Assist with administering internal coach development initiatives and devising individual learning plans 
• Coordinating all matters concerning preparation of classes held internally and externally
• Coordinating the distribution and maximisation of coaching resources, in line with coach development and client needs
• Coordinating needs, observations, and feedback from various reports and departments to zone in on actionable directions for improvement or problem solving. 

Job Requirements

• Having attended or delivered Design Thinking/user-centred design programme(s) 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 4 years of work experience (those with a background in education have an advantage)
