Job Description

• Answering any incoming sales inquiries calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Provide excellent services to support indoor sales inquiries and share product knowledge/proposals/quotations to customer.     
• Inputting orders, ensuring all processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.  
• Assist to control the flow of stock though warehouse, monitoring goods in & out and keeping stock records.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material (marketing tools).
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents. 
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional proposal, materials or events.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Female preferred; age 21-30.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Degree, in Business Administration.
• Able to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in using SQL Accounting is preferable. 
• Strong co-ordination skills ability to communicate and articulate to get things done.
