Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who can assist the Chief Executive in any capacity. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team to set up the company conference room for important meetings and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Assistant responsibilities:

To assist the Chief Executive (KE) in his daily task
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Reminding the Chief Executive (KE) of important tasks and deadlines
To Assist Chief executive to compile and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Work closely with Marketing Department and other team members
Good Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Handle reception duties when required

Job Requirements

Relevant Diploma or other Secretarial/Administrative qualifications
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel/Power Point
Written and communication skills both in Malay and English
