Job Description

• To design and develop training modules that is required by the client for a specific target group to be with client’s objective.
• Design training programs in accordance to the project’s requirements.
• To determine the objective and the content of the training course.
• To plan out training schedule and agendas for training session.
• To develop and create training materials for the training session.
• To execute training session either for a big group or individually.
• To maintain and develop good relationship with existing or new clients.
• To conduct training need analysis and survey evaluations in order to measure the effectiveness of the training program and to make improvements in weak areas.
• Data management of the training course such as employee attendance, training issues, etc for reporting purposes.
• To observe and evaluate the results of a training program for a certain time frame by developing KPI’s to monitor the effectiveness, success and ROI of the training program.
• To periodically review and update all training materials and determine its relevance and make changes to suit the current market.
• To undertake any additional duties as directed by the CEO / COO from time to time.

• Consultative in approach; has a point of view but is open to others’ ideas; strong drive for results and ready to collaborate with others to get things done.
• Experience in training & development industry will be an advantage.
