Job Description

Management of the company’s full set of accounts.
Filing of income tax and other statutory & regulatory compliance requirements.
Preparation of accounting/audit schedules and preparation of monthly financial reports.
Monthly closing and bank reconciliation.
Keep filing system and records up to date.
Coordination and cross-checking, both internally and with external vendors on payments and SOA.
Follow up with clients on daily payments (AR).
Daily consolidation and data entry for accounts payable (AP).
Monthly commissions calculations.

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Knowledge in AutoCount system is an added advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
Good data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
Good organisational and time-management abilities.
Must possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
