Job Description
- Issue tracking – external issues (subscribers - software) and internal issues
- Perform 2nd level of troubleshooting of the incident ticket escalated and do analyst of the tickets accordingly.
- IT Asset management – tracking of IT hardware within the organization including monitoring, preparation and troubleshooting.
- Preparation of review reports on issues (external and internal), users and assets.
- Maintaining predefined response time and escalation of issues reported (external and internal).
- Preparing the support knowledge and upload it inside Knowledge Base.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- We have role for Junior Executive and Senior Executive. At least one (1) to two(2) years work experience for those applying for junior executive role and three (3) to Five (5) years work experience for senior executive role.
- Required skill(s): Problem solving and analytical attributes. Basic computer troubleshooting skills e.g. PC settings;
- Knowledge: CTOS Product knowledge (training provided)
- Good to have: Msql; ITIL v3.
