Job Description

  • Meet / exceed minimum monthly / quarter / annual churn target
  • To develop strategic relationships with clients to ensure continuity business with the Bureau
  • To formulate, conduct and improvise product trainings to clients.
  • Take accountability to update retention related reports
  • Proactively giving feedback/recommendation on marketing strategies improvements in existing products or product mix, including competitors’ analysis to Management to meet competitive edges.
  • Maintain awareness and consistent execution in alignment with latest processes, policies and market insight

  • Provide service to clients by solving clients issues, providing training, product & services update regularly.
  • Collect and organize clients’ feedback and data records to team regularly to urge relevant departments to improve
  • Supervise the operation of customer service and organize relevant training for team members from time to time to improve the professionalism and compliance of the team . 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
  • Possess great communication, interpersonal, presentation & written skills
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, confident, responsible, customer-oriented and with an outgoing personality.
  • Possess strong analytical skill with good business acumen, able to translate insight into action plan that delivers business growth. 
  • Work independently and strong team player
  • Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
  • Possess a valid driving license.
