Job Description

•  Manage & maintain ERP, P.O.S., AMS, CRM system & etc. for both backend & frontend.
•  Create, update & maintain accuracy of IT documentations such as Process Flow, User Manual, Work Instructions etc.
•  IT Project Management & Reporting.
•  Identify existing automation process for improvement or tasks which can be automated.
•  Design, develop & implement new process & automation.
•  IT Asset Management, Audit & Reporting.
•  Software Licensing Compliance, Audit, Reporting & Governance.
•  Perform project SIT & UAT or as when required.
•  Create, update & maintain Knowledge Base.
•  Computer, Printer, P.O.S. Peripherals troubleshooting.
•  LAN, WAN, Wifi & VPN troubleshooting.
•  Proactively follow-up with vendors to ensure quick response & resolutions on all incidents, enhancements, change management etc.
•  Perform ad-hoc or additional tasks as assigned by immediate superior or IT Manager. 

Job Requirements

•  Good knowledge & experience in ERP, CRM & P.O.S. is essentials.
•  Good knowledge in scripting such PowerShell, Batch, VB etc.
•  Must have good understanding in IT Process & documentations.
•  Experience in IT Solution Provider or Retail industry or similar.
•  Knowledge & experience in IT hardware, software, LANWANWifiVPN will be an added advantage.
•  Must be patient, meticulous, willing to learn & share.
•  A team player, willing to contribute & friendly.
•  Must be willing to travel upon request.
•  Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•  Well-versed in Chinese dialects and English.
•  At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
