Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Identifying new sales leads relevant to our business & closing sales according to the sales targets given
- Pitching products and/or services confidently while maintaining fruitful relationships with new and existing clients, including government agencies
- Preparation of proposals and documents for clients
Day-to-day duties commonly comprise of:
- Researching key leaders, organisations and individuals related to the business to strategically pitch to them via online, newspapers, magazines to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Create appointments for the CEO of Createtec and his team with C Suites and decision makers
- Attending and socializing at conferences, meetings, and industry events to build up network.
Other typical duties are:
- Handling presentations, meetings and preparing PowerPoint presentations as well as sales displays for meetings
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and/or services
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Job Requirements
- Have heart and passion in making an impact and transforming the ecosystem of the financial industry with our fintech product
- Socially adept, confident and great persuasive skills
- Having experience and background in doing large volume sales (experience with technology based products will help)
- Strong communication and good IT fluency, mainly in Word and PowerPoint
- Creative talent and the ability to solve tough problems
- Some knowledge of the fintech industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligation as well as attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs
- Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics
- Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Eloquent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Must possess own transport & own laptop
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
