Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Identifying new sales leads relevant to our business & closing sales according to the sales targets given
  • Pitching products and/or services confidently while maintaining fruitful relationships with new and existing clients, including government agencies
  • Preparation of proposals and documents for clients 

Day-to-day duties commonly comprise of: 
  • Researching key leaders, organisations and individuals related to the business to strategically pitch to them via online, newspapers, magazines to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Create appointments for the CEO of Createtec and his team with C Suites and decision makers 
  • Attending and socializing at conferences, meetings, and industry events to build up network. 

Other typical duties are: 
  • Handling presentations, meetings and preparing PowerPoint presentations as well as sales displays for meetings
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and/or services
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. 

Job Requirements

  • Have heart and passion in making an impact and transforming the ecosystem of the financial industry with our fintech product 
  • Socially adept, confident and great persuasive skills 
  • Having experience and background in doing large volume sales (experience with technology based products will help) 
  • Strong communication and good IT fluency, mainly in Word and PowerPoint
  • Creative talent and the ability to solve tough problems
  • Some knowledge of the fintech industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligation as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs
  • Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics
  • Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Eloquent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
  • Must possess own transport & own laptop 
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
