Job Description

  • Assist in handling day-to-day HR business by performing a range of HR support activities and responsible for general office support functions duties
  • Conduct all administrative day-to-day compensation and benefits activities
  • Monitor leaves of absence and assure that mandatory benefits/insurance coverage are coordinated
  • Generate, manage and maintain employment contracts, certificates and personnel files
  • Perform leave and attendance management
  • Assist in recruitment process from job advertisement posting, pre-screening and interview arrangement
  • Keep forms and database information for employment process up to date
  • Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees
  • Coordinate and supervisory trainings for employees
  • Coordinate and conduct the general orientation process for new and transferred employees
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Oversee office administration functions (asset management, maintenance and services)
  • Any other ad-hoc task(s) allocated by management from time to time



Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
  • At least 4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Able to multi-tasks and work independently with positive working attitude
