Job Description
- Oversee daily running of retail store operations and all activities within store.
- Maintain store results by managing, counselling and training team members.
- Ensure availability of inventory and products.
- Predict market trends and drive team to promote the latest DIY trends.
- Up-keeping and deciding on the overall ambiance within the store.
- Promoting brands and auditing the performance of key product lines.
- Organize and conduct annual stock take.
- Motivating team to meet KPIs.
- Organize ad-hoc product demo and present product information to team and customers.
- Monthly reporting of Retail Sales and ways of improving monthly sales.
- Manage store promotional materials and displays.
- Manage and improve layout and stock display of retail store.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years experience as a Manager in the retail industry.
- Added advantage with past managerial experience in retail bookstores, stationary outlets, pharmacies, or beauty product outlets.
- Able to set, train and apply retail SOPs.
- Able to operate and organize retail outlet independently.
- Willing to work retail hours.
- Passionate in motivating team.
- Able to set and train standards for service excellence.
- Able to work in a casual, creative start up.
- Generate ideas on how to further drive an excellent shopping experience.
- Problem solving skills.
