Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ability to deal with people confidently at all levels, e.g. parents, colleagues, suppliers, etc.
- Provide administrative support with emphasis on discretion/confidentiality.
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Responsible for all admin related reports.
- Assist and participate in Company events.
- Work on ad-hoc projects delegated by the Chapter Manager.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and UBS accounting applications.
- Good communication skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- Preferably someone with good spoken English.
- Based in Alam Damai, Cheras.
