Job Description
- Attend to customers on service-related issues
- Complete any assigned tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working experience in servicing/repairing is preferred
- Knowledge in technical field is preferred
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferred skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Own smartphone and laptop required, own transport preferred
- A good team player with good leadership quality and loyalty (job hoppers will not be considered)
Working hours: Monday-Friday (9:30am-7:00pm), Saturday (9:30am-1:30pm)
