Job Description

• Manage daily operation of the retail outlet 
• Professionally attend to walk-in customers 
• Assist in sales updates, stock record and report to management 
• Fulfil purchase orders from dealers 
• Manage expo, fair and roadshow occasionally 
• Answer calls and professionally handle queries from customers 
• Complete other assigned duties (administrative, etc.) 
• Working on shift basis: 9:45am-7:00pm, 12:45pm-10:00pm (6 days/week), weekends and public holidays is expected 
• Working location: Level 3, The Starling Mall, Damansara Utama

Job Requirements

• Must have strong interest in smart home appliances such as robotic vacuum cleaners 
• Must have good customer service skills, attentiveness, empathy, patience and immaculate telephone manners and communication skills 
• Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and high productivity 
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
• Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree/Higher in any field
• Must be responsible, dependable, committed, positive, mature and a fast learner 
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English (excellent written skill in English is a must), Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (or any dialects) 
• Must possess minimum 1-year experience in any retail environment as a proven successful leader 
• Must be a good team player with excellent leadership quality and loyalty (job hoppers will not be considered)
