Job Description

• Manage online store and check online orders on different online marketplace (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Corvan official website etc)
• Monitor and update stock level of all online platforms
• Assist in communication with Account Manager of related online platforms for campaign management
• Check and report upcoming online campaigns to E-commerce Management team and analyse performance of online campaigns
• Collect and prepare relevant documents for events
• Obtain insights of online marketplace mechanisms
• Update and improve product listings on all online marketplaces
• Reply to customers’ enquiries online
• Prepare and upload online and offline visuals and contents (e.g campaign banners, posters, captions, IG/FB post captions and images)
• Process special orders
• Liaise with Third party logistics on stocks management and fulfilment
• Continuous learning and developing innovative marketing ideas and solutions, to improve overall sales

Job Requirements

• Must possess good basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Suite)
• Knowledge in basic design tools, or willingness to learn design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. HIGHLY preferred
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English (excellent written skill in English is a MUST)
• Must possess minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in any related environment as a proven successful leader
• Must have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Must be responsible, dependable, committed, positive, mature and a fast learner
• Must be a good team player with excellent leadership quality and loyalty (job hoppers will NOT be considered)
• Must have attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics
• Must be creative and resourceful
