"What would my job scope be?"
- Provide outstanding customer service and reply to sales enquiries mainly through chat and email, and phone call as and when needed
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Follow up on orders and shipments
- Assist with and operate basic functions of an e-commerce platform including inventory management
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Prepare documents eg. invoice
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements
"What are the requirements to apply?"
- Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service / online customer service / e-commerce (Lazada/Shopee) and handling various online platforms preferred. Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess excellent command of spoken and written English
- Must respond to messages (eg. chats, Whatsapp, email, call) rapidly
- Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-Commerce business models, operations and technology
- Self-motivated and reliable, with integrity and great willingness to learn
- Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work extra hours during big campaigns
- Good team player with good leadership quality and desire to grow with the company
- Own laptop and handphone required

Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm)
