Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecast 
• Assist in analyzing reports and data
• Manage records and receipts
• Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions
• Prepare profit and loss account, balance sheet and cashflow statement etc.
• Process invoices
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
• Support the Finance Manager and Executives with projects and tasks when required
• Handle full sets of accounts including management accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, etc.
• Handle credit control matters and follow up on payments by customers and payments to suppliers
• Generate credit statements
• Conduct stock counts
• Verify staff payroll, staff expenses, staff advance vouchering and payments
• Responsible for inter-company transactions and reconciliations
• Liaise with the auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and etc.

Job Requirements

• Interest in smart home appliances such as robotic vacuum cleaners preferred
• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Fresh graduates with at least second class upper with good attitude and strong willingness to learn and some working experiences are also encouraged to apply 
• Audit experience is an added advantage
• Highly disciplined in terms of punctuality and ability to meet deadlines is required
• Strong accounting technical knowledge with good initiative
• Multi-tasker with good interpersonal skills, willing to learn, independent, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision
• Possess a laptop and smartphone for work 
• Must have good skills in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
