Job Description

  • Monitoring and response mainly support the inbox to ensure timely response to customers;
  • Assess and establish new account applications for Malaysian and international applicants (including individual, company, trust and super fund customer accounts);
  • Document requirements and identification and verification procedures of the licensee (KYC / CDD / AML process);
  • Maintain and update customer accounts on the CRM system and MT4 manager;
  • Perform other temporary management tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Mandarin/Chinese is required;
  2. Malaysian citizen or public relations;
  3. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  4. Good MS office skills. ·Good

  6. Highly value working experience in the accounting or financial sector
  7. If you have a bachelor's degree or strength in accounting or finance, you will be highly valued. Adjustment (weekly, once a week, if applicable)
