About The Job

  • Primary Responsibilities - Promote & demonstrate the system solution by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers and key prospects; recommending the right and useful system solutions to help the customers

  • To understand, analyze and identify clients’ requirement and assists to provide useful insight and solutions to the prospects as well as to the team

  • To perform troubleshooting, to guide and support our valuable clients in our related system solution, ie - Financial Software – SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll, GOBI Intelligent Dashboard, etc

  • To be the front-liner of the solution provided; to demonstrate, guide, and support the clients whenever is needed. 

  • To assists in resolve the clients' query in a timely and professional manner

  • Responsible to deliver and comply with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to corporate clients.

  • To assists in performing on-site software deployment and software training to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any IT/ Business Information Technology/ Finance / Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

  • To Learn and To-Do Attitudes

  • Preferably to have at least 2 years experiences in related field with proven track of record; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, PJ, Selangor.

  • Experienced in Software Support (SQL Accounting Software) with a proven track record will have added advantages

  • Punctuality and ability to deliver under a tight deadline 

  • Preferably client-oriented, friendly, and team player.

  • Preferably fluent communication skills, pleasant personality with good analytical skills.

  • Candidates must possess a driving license and own transportation. Candidates must be willing to travel

  •  2 Full-Time position(s) available.
