About The Job

To perform troubleshooting, to guide and to support our valuable clients in our related Financial Software – SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll.
To be the front-liner of our system operational support including system support, database recovery, problem troubleshooting.
To resolve all the clients' query in a timely and professional manner
Responsible to deliver and comply with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to corporate clients.
Responsible to perform on-site software deployment and software training to clients.
Analyze and identify clients’ requirement and assists to provide useful insight and solutions to the team and also clients

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any IT/ Business Information Technology/ Finance / Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
To Learn and To-Do Attitudes
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu / Sandakan.
Experienced in Software Support (SQL Accounting Software) with a proven track record will have added advantages.
Punctuality and able to deliver under tight deadline
Preferably client-oriented, friendly and team player.
Preferably fluent communication skills, pleasant personality with good analytical skills.
Candidates must possess a driving license and own transportation. Candidates must be willing to travel
