Job Description
- Consulting homeowners / property owners about design requirements
- Producing renders and sample designs
- Presenting designs, samples and final work to customers for evaluation
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts, budgets and time-line
- Clarifying and solving design / project-related / site issues
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Maintaining an awareness of current design trends and influences
Job Requirements
- Skills: Sales & Marketing, interior design, space planning, 3D Max, & Autocad
- Have own transport, preferably a car
- Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin.
- At least 2 years work experience
- Responsible and punctual and good working attitude
