Job Description

1. Social media savvy - great understanding of different social platforms & paid strategies.
2. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
3. Excellent awareness of social media and the current digital landscape.
4. Creative thinker with ability to generate new ideas.
5. Can work well in a team and confident working independently.
6. Monitor day-to-day activities of specific projects and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work closely with Comms, Social, Paid, Creative teams.
7. Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals.
8. A creative at heart. Assisting in building and further elevating the Lemonade brand by shared content direction as we typically do as a team.
9. Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior Lemonade management on a regular basis/ as needed; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
10. Consistently manage client & cross agency expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
11. A genuine eagerness to work with, mentor, encourage and learn from a diverse and talented team in cross-functional multi-agency dynamic. 

Job Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Excellent spoken and written English language, BM & CH a plus.
3. Experience in Digital Marketing, and social platforms. 
4. A self starter attitude toward problem and recovery solution. Glass half full.
