OVERVIEW:
LEMONADE is looking for an (SMM) Social Media Manager to work together with the social media division to develop and execute social media strategies and day-to-day activities across multiple brands. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for spearheading client relationships for his or her assigned accounts, while ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met. You will also be working closely with Communications, KOL Outreach and Creative divisions to produce social media content and campaigns that are best in class and adhering to best practices for each platforms.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the digital landscape - not limited to only social media, but digital marketing as a whole; and stays up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a portfolio of brands collaboratively with your support network.
- Liaising and networking with Clients.
- Getting the brief from Clients, fully understanding the brief and communicating it to internal team to strategise together as a team.
- Planning and executing social media strategies that help Clients achieve their business and marketing objectives.
- Leading the execution team to fulfill the Clients’ needs.
- Day-to-day social media management inclusive of creating & publishing contents on Clients’ social media channels, monitoring & responding to comments and messages, and reporting of all social media activities for the month.
- Analysing and reviewing monthly or campaign reports to gauge the effectiveness of the content and/or campaign ran for the Client.
