Overview:
Social Media Executive should have a solid understanding of how much each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this role will be focused on enhancing the customer experience by being the first point of contact over social media and advocacy channels

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this role will be focused on enhancing the customer experience by being the first point of contact over social media and advocacy channels

Key responsibilities:
- Monitor the social media channels
- Assist with planning or marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
- Produce content for social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, IG, LinkedIn
- Keep up to date with any social media trends
- Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
- Contribute to the company blog on a monthly basis
- Assist with the social media users and respond to any mentions over specific social media platforms
- Assist with general day to day administration tasks
- Assist in building and further elevating the Lemonade brand by shared content direction as we typically do as a team
- Work directly with services team perform all aspects of traffic management, including presentation to implementation, and delivery
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to Social team members and senior Lemonade management on a regular basis/ as needed; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
Job Requirements
- Degree in Media, Marketing or related field
- Experience in Digital Marketing and social platforms, a plus
- A creative at heart
- Enthusiastic about forming relationships with new and existing clients
- Understands the uses and format of content utilised in each platform and how they may vary
- Ability to identify needs that the client may not recognize and ensure that approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs with the team
