We are looking for a smart-thinking Sn. Social Media Exec who is enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about social media. All candidates must have a clear understanding of the latest breakthrough digital trends and future direction for digital media platforms on social. The candidate must be flexible, efficient and with great time management, and an edge for copy writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day activities of specific projects and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work closely with Comms, Social, Paid, and Creative teams
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
- Assist in building and further elevating the Lemonade brand by shared content direction as we typically do as a team
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior Lemonade management on a regular basis/as needed; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
- Consistently manage client and cross agency expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
